Vinification:
Destemming and traditional maceration for 6 - 8 days at 28° - 30° C. Aging in stainless steel vats and slow re-fermentation in an autoclave to obtain the natural sparkling and palate pleasantness.

Notes for tasting:
Intense, bright ruby colour with purple reflections that is reflected in the rich, creamy and evanescent froth; to the nose it has fragrances of small berries, blackberries, current, raspberry and wild strawberries.
Palate characterized by a pleasant softness, which enhances its important structure and contrasts the tannic closure.
