Vinification:
Destemming and traditional maceration for 8 - 10 days at 28° - 30° C. Short stay in small 700-litre French oak casks to enhance the characteristics of the vine.
Ageing in bottles for a few months at a controlled temperature to complete the organoleptic features and bring out the characteristic bouquet.

Notes for tasting:
Deep and brilliant ruby red colour, intense and pleasant fragrance with elegant hints of shrubs, black cherry and echoes of hay and vanilla.
Balanced palate, rich in flavour and with good persistence.
