Vinification:
Gentle pressing of whole grapes to obtain and ferment only the first pressings at a controlled temperature. Aging in stainless steel vats and slow re-fermentation in an autoclave to obtain a pleasant and enticing slightly sparkling wine.

Notes for tasting:
Pleasant peach colour, rich in fine and creamy effervescence, clear and delicate bouquet, with a fine fragrance of mixed berries.
Dry, gentle palate, with pleasant fruity base and persistent.
